Here Comes 2-0-0-8

This oh-8 I have a few resolutions. But I am taking a new approach in getting it all done (tak nak terbabas macam tahun-tahun dulu) so I'll start with something small. First, let's sort out some sticky old bad habit - bad posture. This year, Mama Mateen vows to sit, stand, eat, drink STRAIGHT...no more hunching my back.
Then, we proceed to men-chantekkan diri:

1. Mengurus & ngempiskan perut
2. Meng-tone-kan the rest of the body
3. Menggunakan produk-produk kecantikan yang Mama Mateen beli bertimbuin-timbunk dulu sebelum semuanya berkulat & beranak-pinak (tak pasal kang ketiak aku tumbuh akar!)
4. Tis' the year to make out & rajin-rajin buat projek sebab saya adalah menginginkan anak sorang lagi....hee hee hee

Happy New Year, y'ols....

Oh, Baby You're So Fine!

My ovaries kicked into an overdrive today. Saw two gorgeous baby girls on the way back from office - one in Tiffany's Christmas ad & the other in an elevator. The Tiffany's girl has such exquisite & pristine face and the elevator baby blew me away with her serenity & cherubic-ness - they might as well be angels! Mr. Dad & I are trying for another baby & it is my hope within hope that the next one will be an angelic baby girl to complete off the family.

To my future baby girl(s):

Before you were born...I loved you ~ Unknown

Of Family & Gratitude

Watched The Nanny Diaries tonight with Mr.Dad & the little one (well, sort of...he kind of roamed around the living room toting one item after another). Anyways, loved the book version better but the movie isn't too shabby either. For those with no attention span (or interest) for reading, the movie can still deliver the same punch in terms of its message about family, life, etc. By the end of the movie, I whispered a quiet prayer of gratitude for being so loved by those around me.
